I love the light what I specteda and It looks amzing.

Love the light but disappointed that all the light is pink, whereas in your photo it appears to be pink with a yellow glow.

The item came the day after I ordered it (delivering to Northern Ireland). The lamp was easy to build and is beautiful quality. We love it!

Lovely product and very well packaged (really pleased that it was completely recyclable!). Slightly delayed arrival was disappointing, but this was communicated with us by email so we knew when to expect.

I've ordered from Houseof a couple of times now, and I am always so impressed by their products (lovely lights at a really reasonable price) but also their customer service. They answer queries really quickly, and you have the peace of mind in knowing if you change your mind you can return the product for free. So few retailers do that. An all round great brand to deal with, couldn't recommend them more.

We have ordered a beautiful lamp, but our order seems stuck and I can now not get an answer from customer service now. We ordered over a week ago, and it has still not shipped despite being in stock..

Edit: The issue has now been resolved. We received our lamp and got an answer through mail. Took a bit of time, but I understand they are a small team.

Houseof had the perfect wall lights for our newly-decorated TV room. Exactly the shade of green we wanted, right size/shape and right price. There was a bit of an issue with their delivery partner, totally out of their control, but I got a fast reply from Patrick in Customer Service who sorted my issue out politely and swiftly. The lights are now installed and look superb. Thank you.

I was initially peeved at the price of the bulbs and that I was sent 2 when I needed 3, BUT the customer service department are EXCELLENT and respond quickly with a polite attitude and sort things out well.

Very happy so far with the service, just waiting now for my refund on the bulbs (the light fixture itself is great).

I ordered a sea green diffuser floor lamp in July 2020 and a defect became apparent this month (two years on). I contacted customer service explaining my problem, and Pam very promptly and kindly offered a resolution to this issue. Great value for these designer lamps -- will buy again. Thank you!

Well I cannot fault your service. You kept me informed of my order until it was delivered which I really appreciate.
The light was packed so well. Exquisite detail to caring about how customers receive their goods and the light was so easy to put together.

I received the purple diffuser and it came well packaged and easy to assemble.

We bought it to make our space feel warmer and it's really changed the feel of the room for the better. We find ourselves in this room more often.

A small change but a big win!

The Customer Service was amazing! Sadly I was returning a pendant light, I loved it but it didn't work in the space, I had to contact them to see if it had arrived back with them as my tracking was not working and Pamela could not be more helpful, she was super efficient and sorted it out straight away. I will definitely be supporting this lovely small business. Thank you so much!

Sadly there was a glitch on the website so the light I ordered failed to appear. After several weeks I eventually phoned to be told the above. Surprised not to have been notified sooner and left wondering why this had not been communicated to me when the glitch was first discovered. I had to ask for my bank account to be re-credited, wasn't immediately offered. Shame, as the ceiling light I previously bought was very nice and good quality
